What is the best training for BJJ!

It depends; what is your background, experience, level, aspirations?

A good starting point is strength training/ functional body building.

Build a strong foundation that will allow you to express yourself on the mats.

If you have troubles doing a lunge, how do you expect be successful doing or defending a takedown?
